Section 6 — Geographic Restrictions and Sanctioned Regions
APEXRISE S.R.L. does not sell, ship, or provide services to individuals, entities, or destinations subject to trade sanctions, export controls, or other legal restrictions imposed by applicable laws, including those enforced by Romania, the European Union, the United Nations, and other relevant authorities.
We do not accept orders from or ship to the following restricted countries or regions:
Russia, Belarus, North Korea (DPRK), Iran, Cuba, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Myanmar, Haiti, Somalia, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Liberia, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ukraine (certain regions), and any other country or territory subject to comprehensive international trade sanctions at the time of purchase.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in or a resident of any restricted region listed above; (b) you are not on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties; and (c) you will not use our products in violation of any applicable export control or sanctions laws.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the payment if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the order originates from or is intended for delivery to a restricted region. We shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such cancellation. Section 7 — Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your information as needed.
Section 8 — Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period by sending a clear written statement to support@pmberveil.com, including your name, order number, and a statement of your decision to withdraw.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (including opened cosmetic products);
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
- Goods that have been used or are not in their original condition.
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Section 9 — Complaints and Warranty
How to Submit a Complaint
If you are dissatisfied with any product or service, please contact us at support@pmberveil.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos where applicable. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 14 business days.
Quality Guarantee
All products sold through www.pmberveil.com are subject to a statutory quality guarantee in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. If a product is found to be defective or does not conform to the description at the time of delivery, you are entitled to:
- A repair or replacement of the defective product;
- A partial or full refund, where repair or replacement is not possible or is disproportionate.
Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
For EU/EEA consumers, the statutory guarantee period is a minimum of 2 years from the date of delivery, as required by EU law.

We may provide access to third-party tools and links to third-party websites. We do not monitor or control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Your use of any third-party tools or websites is at your own risk. Complaints regarding third-party products should be directed to the relevant third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APEXRISE S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APEXRISE S.R.L. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Section 16 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 17 — Termination
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either party. We may terminate your access to the Service at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms. All obligations incurred prior to termination shall survive.
Section 18 — Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, which these Terms do not override.
Section 19 — Dispute Resolution
Step 1 — Negotiation: In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any purchase made through the Site, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct negotiation. Please contact us at support@pmberveil.com to initiate this process. We will endeavour to respond within 14 business days.
Step 2 — Mediation / Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to an accredited mediation or ADR body. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Step 3 — Litigation: If the dispute remains unresolved after mediation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania. EU/EEA consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of habitual residence.
Section 20 — Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
